🌐 Networks and payout addresses

DePix is paid out on three networks: Liquid, Arkade and Spark. This page is the
reference for how one is chosen, what each costs, and what does not change between them.

Liquid Network paused (security incident, 06/Sep/2026)

Both flows on Liquid are disabled: Pix ➔ DePix (deposits) and DePix ➔ Pix (withdrawals). A
POST /deposit with a Liquid address is refused with NETWORK_WALLET_UNAVAILABLE. Reference:

Arkade and Spark are in beta

Please do not use them in production yet, and do not test them with substantial amounts. We
will announce here when they are ready for production use.

The address decides the network

There is no parameter naming a network, by design. The payout address decides it: send the
address in depixAddress on
POST /deposit, and the DePix is paid on the network that
address belongs to. Your configured default address, used when you send no depixAddress, is
classified the same way.

An address on none of the three is refused when the QR is created, with
DEPOSIT_ADDRESS_NETWORK_UNKNOWN and the message
is not a Liquid, Arkade or Spark address. Nothing is ever assumed to be Liquid: the refusal
comes before any Pix can be paid into the QR, not after.

On Spark there is no network fee on top: the network fee recorded on a Spark payout is zero.
On Arkade there is a network fee of 330 satoshis per transaction, charged in addition to
the cost per transaction — a payout and its split are two separate charges of it.

Withdrawals are paid on Liquid only

POST /withdraw converts DePix back to BRL, and it is processed exclusively on the Liquid
network. Receiving DePix on Arkade or on Spark does not enable withdrawals on those networks:
receiving and withdrawing are separate flows, and the withdrawal side follows Liquid. This is the
standing rule, not a temporary state.

While Liquid is paused, withdrawals are unavailable.

A split has to be on the same network as the payout

When you send depixSplitAddress, it must be on the same network as depixAddress. A split on a
different network is refused with
SPLIT_ADDRESS_NETWORK_MISMATCH.

The DePix token on Spark

On Spark the token name does not identify the asset: any issuer can choose any name. DePix on
Spark has a single official token identifier, and any other token presenting itself as DePix on
Spark was not issued by Eulen. Verify the identifier before operating — always, not only during
the beta.

The identifier, the DePix/BTC liquidity pool that Eulen operates through the Flashnet AMM, and a

An Arkade address is 114 characters long and encodes two keys: the operator's and the holder's.
Addresses issued through the same operator therefore begin with the same long run of characters,
and differ only in the second half. Two addresses used in the same deposit — the payout and its
split — were 114 characters each with the first 56 identical.

Compare the whole address, never only its beginning. Two Arkade addresses that start alike are
not the same address.

Message codes you can get from the network

`messageCode`	What it means
`DEPOSIT_ADDRESS_NETWORK_UNKNOWN`	The payout or split address is on none of the three networks. Check for a truncated or mistyped address.
`SPLIT_ADDRESS_NETWORK_MISMATCH`	Both addresses are valid, but on different networks.
`NETWORK_WALLET_UNAVAILABLE`	The wallet of that address's network is not payable at that moment. Transient: retry later. Moving production traffic to a beta network is not the workaround.
`INVALID_DEPOSIT_ADDRESS`	The address has the shape of a supported network, but that network's wallet refused it.
`INVALID_SPLIT_ADDRESS`	The same, for `depixSplitAddress`.
